About
Software Developer
You've just found who you've been looking for!
Hello, my name is Christina. I'm a Software Developer located in St. Louis, Missouri.
I am Software Engineer at Accenture Federal Services. The technologies I use in my position are Java, Maven, Spring and Oracle Database. I also have the pleasure to work with many other technologies including but not limited to Websphere, Jenkins, Kafka, and JMSToolBox.
Prior to working as a developer, I was an educator and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and I graduated from LaunchCode's first ever independent track of their LC101 Web Developer Bootcamp. During the bootcamp I learned JavaScript and Java along with a few frameworks like Angular and Spring. I also learned MySQL. Previous to the bootcamp experience I spent a number of years tinkering with code as a self-taught developer primarily focusing on Python.
I'm a member of the leadership team at Women Who Code St. Louis where I volunteer my time as an Evangelist. In this role I use Twitter and LinkedIn to share information pertinent to the organization's vision in support of women joining the technology industry and spread the word about local events our chapter is hosting.
